The rehabilitation applicant’s strike that was started on the 22nd of November 2022 has been reached in 15 days. However, the concerned Odisha government does not take any steps yet to fulfil their demand.
People from different districts of Odisha have come and are sitting in the Lower PMG Square of Bhubaneswar. Just waiting for the government to listen to them.
But the government is not listening to them at all. First, on Thursday, all the Rehabilitation Applicants worshipped goddess Laxmi Thakurani on Manavsa Gurubara (ମାଣବସା ଗୁରୁବାର).
Later, Graha Shanti (ଗ୍ରହ ଶାନ୍ତି) was performed for Chief Minister‘s long life. Yesterday, all the rehabilitation applicants sat on the strike by lighting candles on the main road.
They said that they will sit on strike until the government listen to them & fulfilled their demand. All the candidates who were there on the PMG square requested all the candidates of the state to join this strike.
Rehabilitation Applicants are sitting on indefinite strike despite the severe winter of this month. We from our whole team also pray to Lord Jagannath that the hope of all these applicants be fulfilled soon.
