The number of corona cases in Odisha is now gradually decreasing especially in Khordha and Sundargarh districts. According to reports yesterday, 355 positive cases were reported in the state, while 262 new cases have been identified in the last 24 hours.
Of these, 153 were identified from the quarantine centres and 109 from local infections. Among these, 47 are children under the age of 18. Today, all the positive cases were reported from 26 districts in the state.
The remaining four districts have not been diagnosed with any coronary disease. Today, the Sundargarh district has the highest number of 53 cases. The Khordha district is in 2nd position with 50 positive cases.
The information was provided by the state Department of Information and Public Relations. Even if the corona cases are decreasing, the government instructed the people of Odisha to obey the corona guidelines and to wear masks.
As of now, 421 new recovery cases were reported. Similarly, in Odisha 13,26,383 positive cases were identified and of these 13,15,173 people were successfully recovered. There are still 1987 active cases, as per reports.
