The state has seen an increase in the incidence of corona disease, as 61 new positive cases were reported from Odisha state. Every day we see the number of infections are increasing.
Yesterday, 73 positive cases were reported in the state, while 61 new corona-positive cases have been identified in the last 24 hours. Of these, 36 were identified from the quarantine centres and 25 from local infections.
Of these, 3 are children under the age of 18. Today, 61 positive cases were reported from 8 districts in the state. The remaining 22 districts have not been diagnosed with any coronary disease.
Today, the Khordha district has the highest number of 36 cases. The information was provided by the state Department of Information and Public Relations.
In the last 24 hours, 1 from Bhadrak, 1 from Balangir, 7 from Cuttack, 1 from Jagatsinghpur, 36 from Khordha, 1 from Puri, 1 from Rayagada, 5 from Sundargarh and 8 from State Pool were positively identified.
As of now, 24 new recovery cases were reported. Similarly, in Odisha 12,89,129 positive cases were identified and of these 12,79,559 people were successfully recovered. There are still 391 active cases, as per reports.
